Anti-vax groups use carrot emojis to hide Facebook posts

  1. If there is one reason that Facebook needs to die, it is they way they looked at the income being generated from antivax users, and the real harm and death that content was causing, then decided “yeah, we’ll[ take the money ](https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/ryanhatesthis/facebook-anti-vaccination-vaxxer-communities-promotions-ads)please”

And thats without talking about the way their algorithm actively [PUSHED](https://www.cbsnews.com/news/facebook-algorithm-news-feed-conservatives-liberals-india/) antivax content at people.

  2. Censorship is a real problem, so people find ways around it. Censorship is not compatible with democracy. The COVID vaccines, like all vaccines, are not risk free and people have a right to talk about that.

The United States quietly shut down use of the J&J vaccine in early 2022 because too many injures and deaths were linked to it.

Denmark recently announced that healthy persons under age 50 should NOT get any COVID vaccine because risk of injury from the vaccine is greater than risk of injury from COVID disease

  3. Can’t believe that these antivax morons didn’t move onto a different grift, when millions of people didn’t die from vaccines as they foretold.
Now they fixate on the statistically normal level of young outwardly healthy people dying prematurely, many of which are suicide, performance enhancing drugs or social drugs.

  4. It is fascinating how much mental capacity goes into these tactics… if only they would use 10% of that effort for reading a secondary school-level biology book.

NB the ones with well-orchestrated agenda & solid interests have done that, but that’s another topic.

  5. Why are antivax people being censored at all?

Don’t get me wrong I think they’re idiots and so is anyone who doesn’t get vaccinated without good reason.

But they have every right to express their misinformed views. I don’t like this approach to censorship. It’s not like they’re encouraging terrorism or inciting violence, people have a right to say stupid shit.
