The capitalisation of every word in the main text irritates me

Signs like that go back a way. More than 20 years ago I saw a sign over the doorway of a bar in Trabzon (north-east Turkey) which was mainly patronized by Russian and Georgian prostitutes, pimps and clients – NO ADMISSION WHEN CARRYING FIREARMS.
This is how it should be done IMO.
That last page will disqualify a lot of Russians if they are remotely honest.
