Not a great site I agree. If you click on the map you get more info on each hall. Most of them say reserved for schools and official clubs.
It’s a nightmare trying to book halls anywhere in the country tbh. There’s loads of fancy facilities all over and an absolute unwillingness to let anybody use them outside of the few hours there are official activities.
