Does a white painted bicycle left in public have the same meaning in Norway as it does in the US? In the US it’s a memorial for a cyclist who was struck and killed by a vehicle. If I saw an all-white tricycle left by the road here in the US I would assume a child on a tricycle was killed by a motorist there.
Hey! Thats where I used to pass by on my way to school every day for 5 years. Norway is small 😀
