I walked past the embassy in Rome yesterday and it was similar.
Not a fan of the monarchy, and I’ve never been to Ukraine, but my god everything I see from that country is super wholesome and incredibly respectful. They seem like genuinely lovely people who take everything in good nature.
I hope this war ends soon and they can rebuild. Fuck Ruzzia and Slava Ukraini
I hope that at the very least, this war leaves the UK and Ukraine as close friends.
I saw their lovely tribute to the Queen at the Women of the War memorial on Wednesday. Brought a tear to my eye.

We still have empathy to spare. Even me, not a huge fan of the monarchy as a concept, still can understand that the Queen meant a lot to many people, that should be commemorated. And your country helped us in our own Darkest Hour, we will never forget that.
