I moved to Norway a couple of months ago and I’m starting to go through the licence exchange process. Does anyone know if there is a road rules booklet available online?

I wouldn’t describe it as a booklet, it’s a proper book, and you can buy a physical copy at any bookstore. It’s available in English and Norwegian.
