Ospreys make triumphant return as breeding pairs spread across UK | Birds

  1. I remember the first time I heard they were looking to reintroduce Ospreys to the UK, that was 40 years ago, it has taken quite a while but I’m glad it’s working.

  2. It can be done. The skies around here are so full of red kites that I don’t even get that amazed when I see one.

I would also like to see more focus on our insects. The amount of butterflies extinct in the past 60 years is quite upsetting, but the population of our insect kingdom isn’t just in decline…it’s gone.

  3. Don’t let the cunty game fishermen know where they are.

Bastards destroyed a nest because they were near a fishing lake.

  4. I actually saw an osprey a few weeks ago in my garden and when taking my dog for a walk 😀 Sadly the local crows were chasing it out of their territory.
