I never understood why it wasn’t more of a goer politically.
The people who want cannabis illegal are never going to vote for anyone who isn’t conservative.
Most people probably don’t feel that strongly.
And you could mobilise sections of the population that are hard to appeal to in other ways.
And the selling of it is easy: “Many people have tried cannabis. Should they all be considered criminals?” and then pictures of great stoners interspersed with Tory politicians.
I think it’s really important we all unite in something we can all agree in. Oh no, not cannabis. Fuck Nick Clegg. Fucking soulless bastard.
It is not really about weed. The fear is hemp and the effect it would have on paper and cotton Corp profits.
The most ineffectual man in history… He makes Chamberlain look decisive and commanding.
