  1. The Labour party desperately wants to be the party of protest, they don’t want power they just want to stand on the sidelines screaming about how unfair everything is rather than doing something about it. Whilst worshipping and hoping to promote a geriatic, who has lost two elections.

    Fixed the title.

  2. I can’t help but feel such pressure is wasted energy. Conflict with the left of the party is what he wants. In some respects, it is his main priority.

The point of trade unionism is that workers have practical political power as a group, regardless of the support or otherwise of any person in a position of political influence.

  3. He’s literally competing sgainst a cabinet filled with the dregs of the Tory party, a party worse than what Boris came up with.
Surely he can bring in some decent policies like supporting strikes, supporting the working class etc.
Talks a big game but up in Scotland his party are in bed with the Tories across the country, he’s as right wing as that lot.

  4. This viewpoint is sponsored by the british Conservative Party. In fact i suspect they paid for it.
