  1. I put everything in the jars this afternoon but the one on the left just seems to have way more liquid way quicker than the other. First time making it myself so not entirely sure it’s meant to do this

  2. does this thing ferment and produces gas? is it a good idea to seal it tightly and turn it into a bomb?

  3. What are the proportions beetwen spirytus water sugar and fruit?

  4. Have you boiled up the fruit to make sure it’s all sterile? Same for the jar. I know the booze in there is strong, yiu can often have bacteria inside the fruit and it will grow prior to soaking up with alcohol and spoil prematurely. Do it as if you were doing compot but before booze. Then, it can stand around for ages and get this nice deep flavour, I got some home made stuff that’s 7 years old…so good.
