Well, she is a reasonable leader, if only we could say the same about ours…
This just takes you to the live news feed. Couldn’t find anything on this whatsoever.
And in related news Dr Seuss is now Jacinda Arderns speech writer /s
I’m assuming this is the bus for all the foreign leaders and I don’t get it either.
I’d be packing up the beers and vodka and we making it a party bus.
Let’s be honet, it’s appropritae for some world leaders, but not others.
Japan would never put Elizabeth II on a bus, but we seem to be proposing that the emperor goes on a bus.
Putting Jacinda on a Bus is probably fine.
I d love to be on that bus! Sounds super cool!
Let’s hope Iran, Iraq and Israel aren’t all on the back seat together.
Just give them all electric cars.
They all already flew here on private jets. We are all used to the hypocrisy of our masters
I don’t get the fuss really either, but I suppose the fact that they made an exception for the American President and his limousine is what’s causing some to kick off, it should have been made clear that *all* world leaders need to set an example by taking the bus provided for them
Getting a boatload of world leaders altogether on a bus is probably a good idea. They might start realising they’re all in it together.
Every time she does something I get a little bit more jealous of NZ.
The Bus’s are in Shambles prices constantly being raised for a inferior service the bus service is unacceptable quite frankly
Make them queue at a bus stop and have some twat in a shit car yell “bus wankers!”
She probably sees the bigger picture, that’s why. This is not Biden’s day and that bus will still be the most heavily protected bus this country has ever seen. It is not like he is riding the night bus in Jaywick by himself. It may not be his usual form of travel but this is a once in a lifetime event, he can break away from tradition for one day without making a huge fuss. All world leaders are just people at the end of the day, they should not forget that.
She also goes into the cafe up the road for her lunchtime croissant and takes her plates back to the counter afterwards.
We don’t like our politicians to put on the big I am.
First the queue and now the busses, I’m intrigued to see what happens next
