Your highlights are a little blown and your shadows not clear. To shoot a subject against a bright sky like that, try using filler flash. If you want a silhouette instead, drop your exposure so that the clouds aren’t over exposed and your figure is in silhouette.
As Karakth said, your highlights and shadows are off. The person’s details are not visible since the main source of light is at the back. I am also not fond of the yellow sky. Just my honest opinions 🙂 Good luck, keep at it!
