Glasgow MSP disciplined by party for defending anti-abortion protestors outside hospitals

  1. They should be able to protest of course however there should maybe he a radius around the hospital where they’re not allowed to protest. This is a healthcare facility and they’re not equipped to deal with protesters.

  2. Is this anti-abortion stuff really becoming an actual thing again?? It’s 2022 for crying out loud. If you wanna be a religious twat, go do it at home behind closed doors, thank you. Perhaps Trump was right after all about the wall, except that it should go all around the US keeping all their stupid hillbillies and regressive influences from pestering the rest of us.

  3. Love it, so do we support freedom of speech or not? People are crying “it’s harassment” yet felt it was fine to harass others during a Funeral.

Can’t have it both ways children ( Well you could…)

  4. Oh, it’s the SNP. No surprise they are authoritarian. I hope all the new free speech advocates who have been mobilised around the Republican arrests come out in force to defend his right to an opinion and the protestors right to protest.

  5. They shouldn’t be allowed outside hospitals. They do it there to directly intimidate women who are already feeling anxious and making them feel like dirt for being in control of their bodies. Debating abortion is one thing but using deliberate intimidation tactics should never be tolerated.

  6. Thread proving people want limits on protesting afterall, just depends on if they agree or disagree with the cause.
