  1. So where to begin…

That used to be the ITS campus specifically for Tourism studies (read chefs, waiters hotel managers, restaurant managers and the likes).

It was sold on to a guy with loads of money and the right connections for practically peanuts to demolish and build a tower with hotel, apartments offices and the likes.

And to top it all off the tax payer will be paying for a tunnel to make traffic access to this guy’s project easier.

All of this is above a protected (should be protected at least) cave. The only one with a mixture of fresh and salty water in it on the islands.

Demolishing started without even the necessary permissions being granted until (I believe) Graffitti and others managed to halt everything in court.

  2. The guy is DB Group. They also own (among many other things) the starbucks franchise in malta so every time you buy from there you fund corruption

  3. A hospitality ruin, physically and figuratively speaking, a school of warm memories turned into a project from filling pockets.
