Serbia wants to make sure it gets some Russian ass to kiss before Hungary slobbers all over it

Well no surprise there we are neutral so it makes sense to continue having relationship with everyone. We condemned Russia as the aggressor in the UN and Donate to Ukraine. Still, this doesn’t mean we should ruin our relationship with Russia. Our relationship has been a bit cold recently so I guess the government is trying to revitalize it. Unlike some Eu countries (France’s Macron and Austria’s chancellor) we didn’t have any high official in Moscow (except minister of police) since the war began.
We currently have a lot of Russians and Ukrainians fleeing here (recently more Russians escaping the mobilization) and they usually make anti-war protests together. Both Ukraine and Russia are brotherly nations, both don’t recognize Kosovo, so we have no reason to hate any of them.
Look at Switzerland for example, their exports to Russia have increased, they are using the situation. We want to do it in the same way. Just stay neutral and use the situation for our own needs
If you think that is not moral or that we should respect EU “values”, then first try telling west and EU to quit their relationship with Saudi Arabia, a country that kills journalists, has lower human rights than North Korea and is doing the same thing to Yemen that Russia is doing to Ukraine. It is amazing that they are preaching about freedom or human rights and at the same time kiss Saudi’s a**

Am i the only one who reading this title was super confused because i wondered since when russia is an EU candidate until i noticed the missing s?
They can do whatever they want, but it’s about time the EU stops financing Serbia.
It’s specially unnaceptable in this time, where there are constant cries about growing energy prices.
For those of you which arent aware of that fact, since 2001, the EU has provided, through several various instruments and funds, **more than 3 billion Euros** in grants to Serbia.

Yo can someone tell Vuqiqi he’s still playing in the old patch? European and Asian nations are de-coupling their dependency on Russia not doubling down in the new patch. Can’t imagine Serbian youth will be too happy about this.

You do understand that running to Russia and China will happen to all of the countries overseen on purpose by the EU and the US? Armenia is literally getting bombarded by a Dictator and the EU is like “Look cheaper Gas!”. Same for everyone else
