I still don’t understand how this works for those of us who received our vaccines from outside the EU. Are we just not allowed to do things? I remember reading an article on HS a week or two ago about a tourist who came and didn’t have the EU Covid Pass, though they had both their vaccinations. Because they didn’t have the pass with the bar code, they were kicked out of the bar they were in.
It would be nice if there were some clarification on that.
