  1. Hvorfor er det _alltid_ fucking lutefisk, lefse (eller smalahove) som kommer først opp når det er snakk om norsk mat? Ok ja, det er spesielt sært, og jeg skal gi AI’en for vaflene og svinekotelettene, men det må da være mulig å hoste opp noe annet sånn generelt?

  2. Okay, #1 can go straight to hell where it belongs, but the chili con carne served over mashed rutabaga is actually kinda … *intriguing*. Not sure how it would work exactly, and neither of those things in the picture look like what they’re supposed to represent, but still… intriguing. Maybe skip the “mashed rutabaga” part and try and make rutabaga chips. Then have some chili cheese (rutabaga) fries?

    The last ones are also fine; waffles, chocolate, cinnamon sugar — that’s fine. Porkchops with chipotle sauce and boiled potatoes? Sure why not? I’d probably have been more inclined to try a different mole, but chipotle is also fine.
