The bottom two lines look like
Kooiman (probably the name of the maker?) and the number 366*
I think. Can’t decipher the last digit.
So far I have got Nomade as being the pattern/decor style. The logo has the iconic Gates of Lazarus in the middle. To the left of the house is the date stamp, where I see one triangle with a T-like mark below it. That says a date of 1930. Supposedly to the right of the house is the artist initials, but I can’t really make these out.

Nomade … Plazuid Gouda and then probably the artists name.
I know nothing about ceramics, but I can google and found this link:

Presumably, “Nomade” is the type of vase and it has a certain serial number (1006 or 3664)
