To the people who thought the mass immigration initiative was harmless and only targeted violent thugs

Dura lex, sed lex
Based Switzerland.
~~What a piece of rasist shit of policeman.~~
Edit: sorry for overreacting but he could’ve just give him the ticket and skip the 5 day suspension which automatically becomes penal I think. That’s why i was overreacting and I got mad, he probably gave him the max penalty he could’ve in that specific situation and I think it was a bit much.
I retract what I said. I am sorry
Edit2: i have clearly mistaken and that article misled me.
Unfortunately, Switzerland is a very racist country and full of racist idiots. You have no idea. People will admit it and ask, so what?
Yeah it has nothing to do with the man’s skin colour!
Let me explain why… My wife was stopped, pulled over, and fined because her tablet for GPS navigation was peaking up on the windshield and “blocking” her view. The police pulled her over, told her in a very loud voice NOT TO MOVE, which completely freaked out my wife. They told her to get out of the car as they took pictures of the tablet.
WRT to the windshield, yeah in the Germanic side people get CONSTANTLY pulled over. We even get pulled over if we don’t remove the snow on the top of the car. We have to clean the entire car, and heaven forbid you let the car run to warm it up. Yet again another fine, and yes people in my circle have been fined.
So while we can critique about racism, this is not one of those instances!

for a lawyer she has quite a bad grasp of the law. there is actually a direct provision, that judges should only work according to the law book not the constitution and yes i am not a fan of that either.
