Hi,

I am intending to install a [DEFA external connection kit](https://www.defa.com/product/connection-kit/) to my car, so I can plug to an electrical outlet at nights, and install inside a [DEFA interior heater](https://www.defa.com/electrical-preheating/interior-heaters-warmup/).

My question is if the SNCT could place any problem to this kind of installation on the next check.

Are there any professional installers that could but this for me? I am tempted to do this myself, should not be very hard.

Thanks

Mario

  1. You should be fine. You might find difficulties passing the cable from the engine area to passengers area. Certain cars have a couple of holes for this purpose but not all. And if you have to drill, be super careful not to damage anythiny. Also, if it’s a petrol car, fire/explosion hazard when drilling.
