What a non-statement. Failure to send out a mandated payments is *by definition* an operational issue.
The only alternative is that the DWP has made a *strategic* decision not to pay anybody on time, on principle. Actually, that isn’t far from the truth either.
I can’t wait for the day when I see Martin Lewis give us good news, instead of another warning.
How on earth did they manage to pay 80% of salary for *millions* of people with a few months notice but fucked this up so badly?
I mean obviously because they hate disabled people and will do anything to avoid doing anything to help them but still… Not great optics is it…
