Do any of these 2 euro coins have any special value?

  1. In a couple of years the one on the left middle will probably be worth £586 – but that’s only if the UK Tories stay in power.

  2. Are you European?

If not: every Euro Zone country has it’s own art on the other side of coins. Money is valid everywhere, but coins look unique in each country.

If yes: you already know this.

  3. Aaaaah, commemorative coins. I try to hold onto them too. They’re not very valuable though– there’s tons of them, they get minted in bulk and these aren’t in especially good condition, so don’t have great collectible value. There’s a few that were more limited and thus have higher value, but you’re unlikely to find them in your change.

    Excellent for commemoration though!

  4. Some of them are commemorative coins. Some are common coins for small countries (Greece, Slovenia, Cyprus etc.)

  5. only for collectors, every country got their own coin, so if you want to collect them you need all countries coins

  6. Only if you find the right collector. But good luck finding one who doesn’t already have these coins. Even the limited edition ones are fairly common.
