Ok, so the way the headline was written made me think that the Russians are somehow illegally emptying ATMs.
I just don’t understand how Visa’s are now limited, but yet there are thousands of people crossing the border with no problems.
Clarification: there’s been no hacking, just a flood of Russians using Chinese cards in the handful of machines that accept those, since their own Visas and other cards are blocked, thus leaving those handful of machines empty.
No hacking, no illegal shit.
Just a few days ago I read an article that said we should be helping Russians flee from conscription, and now we’re back to heavily limiting Russians entering Finland.
Does anyone, anywhere actually have any idea whether it is moral and/or strategically beneficial to limit Russians entering or encouraging as many as possible?
