I do wonder how this will affect the ability to cross examine witnesses to crimes
I did jury duty, the case was over 2 years old and the defense tried to pick apart a witness by claiming that not being able to remember which side of someone he was stood on. Was enough proof to ignore all his statement..
Like who remembers shit like that years later
Police/courts are hilariously slow, I’m in court in a few weeks and had a visit frm the Police last weekend saying CPS wanted some more data from me…
