They can’t listen to you or use a computer. Nightmare is a really good word here.
I have a friend who got unemployed in September and was chosen for this new unemployment shit. She had a “consultant” from municipality that was supposed to take care of her case. That asshole didn’t do any job, didn’t reply to her emails or phone calls. Made her lose 1 months of unemployment money (reminder that money is not handout but something you pay every month you work) and miss her integration class signup deadline.
Do you know what happened? I helped her create a big buzz on Linkedin, tagged some important people, started a chain and suddenly her case was solved next day. Seriously fucked situation and that single person who didn’t do her/his job gets on normally.
