Not distinguishable from Delta. It’s very similar to Omicron but hits the S-gene on the PCR test, and that dropout was a useful way of spotting Omicron without needing a full sequencing.

PCR tests don’t find this new version and we can’t test for it.
It’s bad (the S-gene dropout was very useful) but not as catastrophically bad as it sounds from that headline.
