It’s a kind of no-bake apple cake. You typically have these crushed biscuit/macaroons at the bottom, a thick applesauce in the center and then whipped cream on top. How it’s made varies by region.
In Danish it’s called gammeldags æblekage.
It could also be “fruit salad”, which comes in two variants.
Either a sweet one with multiple fruits and a vanilla custard cream (typically called “monkey food”).
Hard to determine really. At first glace it looks like something my dog threw up earlier.
But it’s most likely apple pie or the cream on our fruit salad.
