I would like to bring this to this subs attention.
Please note, Ember Climate is [UK based](https://ember-climate.org/contact/ ). So don’t accuse me of Europe trying to tell Britain what to do.
I might have missed it because the article doesn’t half go on but does it take account of the fact that only a third of our gas goes into electricity generation, we are going to have to something like triple electricity production to replace the rest of that gas with electricity.
I just skimmed it, but there is no mention of insulation of homes.
We need to use less not just produce green energy.
Other than that it’s a solid suggestion.
Shame our PM is in the pockets of the oil companies
