Capel Street public consultation shows vast majority support pedestrianisation

    So left turn out of the Jervis car park, cross abbey St and then right onto strand st and southwards from there?

    Can’t figure any other way they intend to do it and can’t find the actual plan online.

    Sounds like a disaster not least because there’s often goods vehicles parked on that stretch of Jervis St ever since the luas took away a lot of loading bays and you also need the two lanes because there’s often a queue to get into the other car park on Jervis st

  3. Why do they keep pretending Capel St is pedestrianised? It isn’t.

    They need to remove cyclists from using pedestrianised streets, it’s incredibly dangerous & goes against the ethos of what they are describing it as.
