I also think the English here is funny. BUT I’ve seen the same one (as well as similar, equally broken ones) in restaurants elsewhere in Europe. So it’s not the fault of Polish people’s English here.
To be honest it’s descriptive and understandable for many people who might not be the most fluent in English, feels like OP is trying to find a problem where there isn’t one (szukanie dziury w całym).
Retekess is a Chinese company, hence the broken English. As much any mistakes made when using a foreign language that could be fixed with 30 seconds and a spirited google annoy me, this one ain’t on Poland

I hate customer service in Poland, in Italy they care about you, want you to have a great experience, food comes in few minutes. In Poland you wait 20min and than you have to go and take it, often return the dishes back and they look at you funny when you don’t leave a tip, for what xD
