free speech doesn’t mean there’s no consequences to hate speech. police interventions could also lead to those individuals that desperately needs mental health treatment and such
Not if that hate speech is against Eastern Europeans, then it builds political capital (e.g. AfD).
Germans have experience going door to door
It’s against the law to insult someone to their face so I don’t see why it should be allowed online. The only thing I don’t agree with is raiding their home for a simple insult. If you know where they live just send them a fine.
