Besides the obvious “Wtf” of that whole shitfest, that piece of crap would’ve only be thrown in a hole for not even five years? What the hell?! This in itself is already outrageous!
And did my brain just turn itself off from all the rage or was the judge a woman as well? How on earth could a woman do this to another woman?
Never thought i would actualy see victim blaming, hell i didn’t believe this shit really happens, my God i was so wrong… Makes my blood boil this shit!
Judges in Switzerland are among the most corrupt individuals, they know it’s impossible for them to be fired, they know there’s no accountability and not even lawyers will call them out if they don’t follow the law because they’re part of the system. They oftentimes judge for the sole purpose of satisfying their powertrip. They routinely undermine the state of law, but know how to keep appearances. They know how to keep it low profile, so they’re a bit more serious when for example a top banker depends on the outcome, or a company, because gotta keep that economy going at every price. In this case, the woman judge saw a perfect example to show another woman who’s boss. After an initial outrage that sparked even an apparent justification from the court, they learned quickly they could get away with it, so they decided to put one on top, which makes them feel even more powerful.
