Anyone who has read the autopsy report of this poor chap would have no doubt that he was killed in a frenzied attack, and not in self defence. It is really grim and tragic reading.
They used a brick. The Dad claims he walked in, saw Jason assaulting his daughter and picked up a random brick they happened to have on their bedside table to beat him over the head.
Blood spatter showed he was on the floor when he was hit over the head.
They are only getting a retrial because she’s blonde, and he’s an ex FBI agent.
He told her he was leaving and taking the kids back to Ireland.
According to the book by his sister, Molly was in the process of changing the kids names and had them registered in another school, hundreds of miles away, ready to start only a few weeks after killing him.
His FBI friends are really coming thru for him. The two of them should be in jail for life.
