This is why I hate Internet shopping. How is that a substitute? Now if you need your product you have to go to the shop which you avoided doing in the first place because of whatever reason.
You could have told the delivery guy to take it back and refund you. They do specifically ask you if the substitutions are okay.
Apparently they just get a list of possible replacements show up, and they have to keep their numbers up, so I don’t think it’s the picker’s fault, it’s something in their product categorisation

I’ve only ever done one online food shop – with ocado – a quarter of my items were replaced with ridiculous substitutes. From then I was like fuck that, I’ll just stick to going into the shop!
If you can’t have a clear nose, you might as well have a clear face.
