1. This video is from two years ago, but considering the recent Italian election it is still interesting IMO.

   Thousands of people from the “movimento delle Sardine” (“Sardines movement”) are singing Bella Ciao as a protest against some right-wing political parties.

   The Sardines movement is against populism, fascism, racial discrimination, and sovereigntism.

   Sardines are pro-euro and pro-EU parties: that’s why there are European Union flags.

3. Honestly, and I say this as someone so left wing I shit berets, I am so sick of this limp response to facism. Half-humming sombre tunes like a bunch of wet blankets does nothing to change the situation. GET ACTIVE. This is lame as fuck.

4. I have several left-wing friends in Italy. None of them voted (“all parties suck!”) and now they complain. I would like to shout at them.

5. Full support to antifacism riots.
