Hello everyone! I’m from Spain. Recently I’ve been listening to Icelandic synthpop from the 80’s and 90’s, when I happened to stumble upon a song by Þú og ég from the album “Aðeins eitt líf” (1982).

That song is called “Í alheimi”. I’ve been trying to find the lyrics everywhere because it has become one of my favorite songs ever, but since it’s a song from the B-side and generally overshadowed by more known songs from Þú og ég, I haven’t been able to find them…

Could anyone here help? Just a general idea would be enough. I’m really grateful for your effort!

  3. Oh I hadn’t heard this! I really like the chorus. I’ve also been exploring the synthwave genre lately, but so far I’ve mostly stuck to the instrumentals.

    In the past 10 years syntwave has been making a comeback.
