You need to change the language of the netflix account to english i think. Shows up for me👍

Set language to another one you don’t use normally. Since I set in English I have some German restricted movies. “The americans” are also on Netflix if you set your options in english
As others said, language settings seem to affect what you can see.
To add to this, a VPN is a rather powerful tool to get around geographic restrictions. Just digitally yeet yourself around the world and get access to all the things.
To add to the others, my French profile can see it, my German one cannot. It happens from time to time because Switzerland is usually a part of one of the French, German or Italian rights. German rights are currently with Amazon, so on Prime in Switzerland, whereas the rights changed to Netflix for France last month, so here we are.
