I was scrolling on TikTok for a few minutes last night just before I was going to go to bed and a livestream from the Discovery channel’s page on TikTok pops up.
I thought it was fake at first and didn’t realise what I was seeing until I actually googled the live stream from the BBC and sure enough, it was actually the real deal.
Fecking typical. Now Dimorphos has better public transportation links than Tipperary
I heard a load of em got out half way because of the delay and attacked the asteroid with pitchforks instead
I’m particularly tickled by the contrast between this post and the equivalent asteroid post on r/CasualUK

I’ve often wondered, why is Irish Rail / Iarnród Éireann’s logo an “N” doesn’t make any sense. A friend of mine assumed that the N was for Northern Ireland Railways.
I’ve heard someone looking for the N-DART too.
I had the same thought when I first seen this earlier, but not the creative genius! Fair play.
