The Americans still have the ‘man boy love association’ which campaigns to make paedophilia legal over there.
PIE was controversial when they were given free office space but several members of the NCCL campaigned for them to be deregestered, including Harriet Harmen I believe, and they had support withdrawn.
It was in the news a lot 10 or so years ago when it was discovered that while it was affiliated with the National Centre for Civil Liberties it was supported by former ministers Harriet Harmen and Patricia Hewitt.
I literally just learned this and created a post, but it got removed cause this post was made 36 minutes ago.
