Got invited to a wedding a few years ago, in some castle down Loughrea way. Wedding reception itself was in Athlone, then you’d to get to Loughrea (neither bride nor groom are from there btw). Castle itself only had accommodation for the bridal party, and the nearest hotel was in Loughrea, about ten or so miles away.
Needless to say that was a hard pass.
There is no such thing as Outer Mongolia. There is Inner Mongolia which is a province of China and Mongolia a separate sovereign country.
Calling a separate country Outer Mongolia is a Chinese way to imply that it should or will be part of China.
