Or the time has come for the super-rich to ask if that extra million makes them that much happier. If you have £100m in the bank and in assets, will having £101m make you feel any better? We don’t need billionaires but we saw loads being made during the pandemic, they could easily give up a fraction of that wealth to help people out. They don’t because they feel better hoarding it than in doing the right thing.
