I have a family home with a load of kids, WFH a few days, electric shower/ovens/hobs etc. the whole shebang. And an EV which uses quite a lot per month (about 600kWh a month), and my last bill for 2 months was just under €300.
I assume they meant a 2 month bill, and if they did, how are they still using €600 a month?? I couldn’t even get to that level of use if I wanted to!

Always wondered why the budget was at 1pm and not 9am. It’s so these lads are up out of bed to learn and complain about the extra money they’re getting.

This looks like an example of pure lazy and dishonest journalism.
They are terrified to use electricity and jump out of the shower with shampoo still in their hair. With all of this avoiding using electricity, they still raked up €600 in what was a warm month.
Then they swing to solving rental and housing crisis.
I’m on a pay as you go meter, we use immersion and a frigging dryer it’s 50/60 a week, where did they get 660 ? Plus it’s pretty mild so haven’t really needed to put the fire on.
If they live in a concreted apartment it’s been fucking freezing inside the last week. Colder than it’s been outside with the end of the heatwave.
There’s a lot of people making classist comments about their appearance and illegal activities. Not everyone’s situation is the same so stop making assumptions about people, its pure cunty
