3. It’s the safe thing to do, this rain is very wet and the wind is inconvenient.

4. I’m all for following weather warnings but closing all schools because of an orange warning that expires at 7am seems daft

7. I think the reason schools are staying closed is because windows and doors are all open because of covid. They’d be blown to smithereens with wind howling through the classrooms!

8. This “storm” is nothing more than an overly windy day in Ireland (for those in the orange areas) why are we shutting schools and college over something so menial? What about college students that need the library to study etc. So stupid.
