Finally!
[Amazon.de](https://Amazon.de) is no longer using Colis\_Prive\_Belu for its one-day shipping. Seems they are using P&T, at least these guys leave a note when delivery attempts are made.
Through Colis\_Prive\_Belu, 6 of my orders went missing this year alone. Insane they still exist.

Interesting, I had a great experience with them
It’s mixed and seems dependent on item. I had a delivery just last Saturday that didn’t arrive because they “couldn’t access my door”. Thing is, if I wanted to block access to the front door I’d need at least two of those construction site fences and you’d still be able to walk round if you really wanted. Plus we had multiple other deliveries the same day.
We’ve a bunch of problems with our packages and most the problems were when the shipper was listed as Colis. One problem is that they seem to have no idea what a POST PackUp address is. Sometimes, they delivered to our home instead, and sometimes they marked it undeliverable. I think two or three Colis shipped packages were simply returned to amazon without a delivery attempt.

Yeah they’re quite all over the place. A lot of times they still left my packages in the paper bin. We put all of our recycling bins outside in our unfenced little garden….in Esch. Even after I turned off the PackUp Home option (which I stupidly kept on for 2 weeks after moving here). Of course we got our package missing (presumably stolen) a few times already.
Or marking the package undeliverable. Like wtf our house is in a little alley and the doorstep is literally on the pavement. There’s a doorbell. And often times this happens when we were at home all day WFH.
They do seem to favour their own delivery service (Amazon logistics) more recently though (noticed a decrease in use of colis privé, who are abysmal)
