While I know it’s suppose to be humour and fun but I think when it comes to housing , things have already been messed up quite far.
My whole house hunting for rent has been a complete struggle (Not sure if this is why people are motivated to buy). And the housing inflation is not able to control or correlated with the daily inflation.
In other words , for me this is a slight repeat of my Dubai story. When people are so focused and buzzed around real estate, how will innovation or creativity happen for the young and kids ?
I will be always a peasant as long as I live in Luxembourg, too late to get a mortgage unless my salary quadruples.
