  1. You will have to give more information about what exactly happened and why they demand money for what.

What exactly are you hoping to achieve by “threatening them with self harm”? What kind of threat is that supposed to be?

  2. Send them a clear statement that you have never purchased anything from them and have no intention of paying anything as you have not purchased anything. Also inform them that if they persist, you’ll contact Consumer Advisory (Kuluttajaneuvonta).

Please see here for further instructions:

And as others have already said, for mental health issues, please seek medical advice. All the best to you!

  3. The same thing happened to me. Just contact them and they’ll ask you the send the unopened lotteries you “ordered.”

  4. Ask this government agency to help you: https://www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-advice/

    > The quickest way to contact an advisor is by telephone: +358 29 505 3050 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9–12, Thursday 12–15 thlna/msa).

    > Please have the documents related to the matter at hand when you call the Consumer Advisory Service (see call charges).
