Hi all! Currently in Paris France and having a friend come in town that usually drinks Coors lights. Do you have a beer or liquor store that carries Coors lights in Paris France?

  1. Not my cup of tea, at all. I’m into tough, full bodied beverages. Tell me about Belgian Trappistes beers, tasty stouts you eat as much as drink or even hop-ridden IPAs, I’m your man.

Neutered cow piss, not so much.

  2. I can’t help but think about a French guy lost in the US, desperately trying to buy some shitty Kanterbräu or 33 Export.

  3. Disregard the beer snobs. Your best option is to buy Kronenbourg Light in any supermarket. It’s pretty similar, although probably a little more body (a little really).

  4. Never seen it in supermarket… It doesn’t match with the french taste…
You and your friend should enjoy your trip here to taste new kind of beer.

  5. Maybe you could suggest to you friend to try something different for once, like wine or some French beer.

What’s the use of going abroad if it’s to stick to your habits ? Sad eh? Or ask him to bring his stuff with him.

  6. Bro you are in Europe, buy Belgian beer! Best beer in the world! Choose triple beer you won’t be disappointed forget about this “pisse de chat”

  7. I don’t think you can find that specific brand in France. You can find budweiser in supermarkets, but I’ve never seen coors.

As another comment stated, maybe Heineken, kronembourg or jupiler would do the trick? Or the light versions?

Don’t hesitate to make him try some beers from Nord of France or Belgium tho, if he likes to discover stuff. They’re quite nice.

  8. Any beers without alcohol should do the trick, I’ve tried Coors Light in Canada (no alcohol in Hockey stadium) and… That’s not beer at all, a kind of soda with a very very light taste of beer.

  9. Sers-lui de l’eau du robinet dans un verre et dis-lui que c’est de la Coors Light, il ne devrait pas voir la différence.

  10. I know there is few imported Americans beer at Costco but it’s complicated to go there if you haven’t a car (there is too Costco in Paris area).

  11. Download the mistergoodbeer app. Was suggested by someone a couple weeks back, might help you out. If Coors doesn’t figure on the list just tell him to experiment with something new, lol.

Pretty sure you can find other supermarkets with foreign goods but that’s the one I know which has it all.

  13. Never seen it in Paris, but in a bar you can ask for “un blonde.” Bigger grocery stores like Franprix or Monoprix will have 1664 (good French lager) or a variety of imports.

  14. To answer your question, no we don’t have it in normal stores but there are two american stores in Paris that carry typical american goods, mostly junk food, Thanksgiving food and american sodas but they have a small american beer section. I would call before going though :

    – Real McCoy

    – In Good we Trust

I would still highly recommend to your friend that he tries European beers while here.
