Liz Truss seems intent to tear this country apart. At this point, the change we need is going to come hard and fast, or not at all.
I will happily stop Striking. Once a reasonable offer is made that dosent see us taking a massive pay cut and having our terms and conditions diluted and have all new starts along with anyone who takes a promotion on vastly worse contracts.
And once they actually show us their workings that cutting maintenance by 50% minimum is “safer” than how we currently do it.
Imagine cost of living increasing. Companies making staff cuts forcing loyal members to work harder. And then when no longer happy with their pay for the work they do. Get told by the PM to get back to work.
Holy shit. The best thing that can happen in response to the PM attitude on Unions is have all unions commune together and if push comes to shove pay their members to Strike for a week across the board.
Essentially a strike for the right to strike.
