PIS is that type of party where the people wishes should be shaped based on the party policies.
The world is liberalizing, and specifically the former Warsaw pact/USSR countries are distancing themselves from that toxic masculinity bullshit. Well, except for that one specific country.

Fyi, according the polls listed on wiki, Ibris seems to be an outlier (I am not sure what methodology they use).
All other polls have 50-60% opposing same-sex unions.

I hope that not only the mindset, but also the law can change in the future.
I find it absurd that there are some EU countries willing to give my wife a spouse visa, but my own country is conveniently ignoring the fact that I’m married.
