  1. Russia recommends its citizens to take a “critical approach” when planning trips to Montenegro, taking into account hostile moves by Podgorica, spokeswoman for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova said, according to Russian media.

“Given the hostile behavior of the Montenegrin administration and the increasingly hostile atmosphere, we are forced to recommend to our compatriots that they take a critical approach when planning their trip to Montenegro. In addition, they will not be able to provide consular services in the near future due to the reduction of the staff of the Russian Embassy in Podgorica to a minimum,” said Zakharova.

She stressed that Podgorica’s hostile behavior will not go unanswered.

Six Russian diplomats were declared persona non grata in Montenegro, due to which the work of the consular department of the Russian embassy was suspended for an indefinite period.

  2. …. Montenegro? Aside from the fact that he’s losing against Ukraine already, not to mention NATO, but how the hell does he even want to get there? Forget militarily, this threat makes no sense *logistically*.

  3. Putin’s accepted Ukraine is too much for them, looked at a map, seen Montenegro, and thought “Yes, this is more our level – surely we can take those guys”

And if that doesn’t work out, he’ll be having a crack at Sealand

  4. I was looking through the comment section to find opinions from people who live in Montenegro but they’re all sleeping at the moment

  5. To the Montenegrins when you wake up: congratulations, welcome to the club of countries threatened by ruzzia, it is not a very exclusive club (soon only China, NK, Iran, Nicaragua, Eritrea, Serbia… will be missing) but you are welcome…

If you wish, there is a premium club, “Countries threatened with nukes”, donating some weapons to Ukraine is usually enough to be accepted… XD
